Si/C composite powder is the new generation anode material for Li-Ion batteries. Silicon is formed by the PVD method, and carbon is coated on the surface of Si powder, which provides a high energy density around 450 - 470 mAh/g (Half cell).

  2. Preparing Anode & Cathode Electrode Slurry
